We had clearly indicated in promos and flash sale the duration. From _____to ______. And they end officially on the dates and time indicated (for flash sale).
There were requests for extension but we did not extend. When the promo has ended, thats the end. When our sales persons speak, they have to be listened to.
At this point there are business units that have limited inventories: Oton, Morong, and Pangasinan. In such a short time we ran out of inventories. (But its 2 decades all ready) And surely prices will skyrocket if the developer has nothing more to sell. What will our next business be?
Invest now while there are inventories. Again, if there are no more lots, they are gone.
