We met with the Mayor of Region 1 city and his trusted aide. They were thankful for our trust and courage to have invested in their then undeveloped city. Their city is now one of the most progressive in Region 1. Their city was full of savanah, the roads were dirt road, it was soooo hard going to their place.
Our project was completed, and our inventories are almost gone.
As our observation is, when we build a project, it attracts a lot of development in between. As in Iloilo, our 1.5 km project from the town attracted: a big resort in front, a large housing project, a mall, gasoline stations in between.
We contributed too to: Real Estate Property Tax, Mayors Business Permit, Internal Revenue Taxes, Withholding taxes and taxes of our suppliers and agents. We were even given awards for being high tax payers
