Just look at the MP prices: P300k for a law plot and P3M for an estate. Compare these with our prices. We are very affordable.
The earth does not grow and expand. The land areas are limited. Couple that with strict and ever increasing number of regulations.
Memorial park for instance. No new parks are being built because of expensive raw land, limited market and marking skills (thus is risky) and expensive and approval process.
Because supply is limited, demand continues, prices shoot up. Thus prices can double in two years. We are seeing some of our lots being priced all ready at 6 figures. Three parks have now limited inventories. Only one will have inventories for the next 30 years.
We are convincing every one to buy now while prices have not sky rocketed and there are still inventories.
