As earlier predicted, because of red tape in approval of memorial parks, the difficulty of burial in a memorial park and its maintenance, the direction will be towards ash crypts, ossuary (only two bone set) and aquamation (the machines are not energy intensive and are friendly to the environment)

Pets cemetery/columbarium will be on the rise too.

This post noticed an avalanche of ads for memorial parks of the  more famous brands:   Heritage,  MMP, Golden Haven, Heavens Gate Loyola (both at Inarawan).  And there has been  lot of discounts being offered; posted mostly by agents.

This post was contacted by former colleague at GSB and learned that the prof is heavily engaged in pet safety, protection and memorial.  She was suggesting a pet cemetery as a future project/tie up.

This post that many pet society now have their own pet cemetery.  The pet cemeteries now known are in Silang Cavite and Marikina,   Features:

      1.  Cemetery

      2. Cremation

      3. Common grave

      4  Memorialization  -  paw print, pictures or replica

Many cremators have left the technology in favor of aquamation -   (cremation by water mixed with potassium phosphate) and boiled for hours.  Bones are then ground (as in regular cremation.)   This is more friendly and will spare the diesel used in cremation.  And less of a fire hazard.  

For action:   

     1.  The pet crematorium and cemetery

     2.   Aquamation (this is cheaper as it can accomodate 20+ bodies in a single batch) according to a

           supplier whom I talked to last Wednesday.  (based in SJ del Monte.  Bulacan)

We recently increased our prices and much resistance has been offered by our marketers and suggestions were made that the prices are way too high

   This post conversed with  Mr. J. Terso just today and these are the prices:

        Plots at Sta Rosa  -   P180 - 240K

        Biglang tumaas presyo sa HGGMP???     P80,000 lang

        Our sales were old price promo -  P80 sales at SCC, P65K at HGGMP

        Interment fee Sta Rosa -  P70,000 bare  - Atin at P40,000     

        Mataas?!!  -  Mas mahal  ang competition

       Some sell at P200,000 and no one is saying mahal...

Please consider these pricing as we have increased our salaries and tried to give treat to our employees this Christmas.  WE ARE STILL CHEAP AND VALUE FOR MONEY
