Entry Level - 15 - 17
Seniors and Supervisor 20 - 25
Managers 30 up
2. After undergoing training and passing 85%
Only 3 mos to prove worth and results produced
With Override Commission for the managers. 0.5 to 2% depending on targets
3. With BI and passing honesty test, and surety reference letters
4. Are willing to do test jobs and research without pay during the recruitment
Maybe this is attractive enough. Recruitment involves confidence and belief in the products Confidence in the Company. The bosses must be able to sell the company to recruits and attract them and build a team
