JUST REMEMBER
May we post an internal memo here regarding the maintenance of plots by prviate contractors which has wrought havoc on the memorial care which we should be providing.. Our obligation is limited to sweeping and lawn mowing of the parks in general,, Raised plots markers, demarcation lines, other decorations have made it difficult to maintain the park.
If not to mention making the Park ugly.
The general rules for park maintenance are contained in the PPA and Deed of Sale which the customers have signed, and are duty bound to follow this.

Subject: MAINTENANCE OF PLOTS BY PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND PROBLEMS ENSUING THEREFROM, AND COUNTERMEASURES
Objectives: 1. To ensure COBS (Security and Serenity at our site
2. To prevent theft quarrels and misunderstanding at the site
3. To serve as a warning for our staff still engaged in these activities
Background:
1. The Par 4 of DOS says we are supposed to maintain the memorial park plots
2. We have issued several memos to that effect and expressly mentioned our
prohibition from such individual contractors to maintain our plots
3. Because we employees including our SG and husbands of our staff being engaged in these activities (and our own staff)
4. Resulting in quarrels and and badly maintained parks
5. In Oton, such contractor close to the VM called us out through the former mayor while we were investigating allegations that points that point to our employees as culprits.

1. Continue the investigation and submit the report within the week.

2. He shall be issued an ID and must carry a copy of this approved letter whenever he is the park; He can work at the park, from 8-5 daily and wear decent clothing in the park, and observe decorum
3. He she shall not engage in loud and boisterous behavior and otherwise follow the company Code of Conduct and Discipline
4. That the said undertaker shall observe the community standards for maintenance and beautification

1. That he is not a commercial plot maintenance personnel, nor is related to or friend of your employee at such Holy Gardens
2 That we recognize the responsibility of the developer under EO 648, and the provisions of Par 4 of the Deed of Sale
3. That we shall comply with the provisions of the said Deed of Sale and provisions contained a the back of the contract PPA

4, That the said personnel shall defray or certain cost of utilities like water and electricity
5. Tha we undertake to answer for damages or loss of materials that are naar the plots they are maintaining and represent your authorized
undertaker in case of quarrel or altercation
6 That we assume full responsibility in the areas that we own, and forever free the developer your good office of your
responsibility for the park maintenance
7. That we promise to abide by existing rules and regulations now in effect or that may be passed in the future
8. Follow park reules and regulations including the Security personnel/officer in the area
