Anyone can live longer and stronger.  Here are top 5 causes of death in the Philippines:    
    1.  Heart disease
    2.  Neoplasm (Cancer)
    4.  Pneumonia
    5.  Diabetes

These are preventable and you can live longer and healthier and you can reach 70s and 80s even century age.

1.  Go for physical check up regularly
2.  Follow doctors or web advice to eat healthy:   vegies, avoid sugar, sugary drinks, fatty food.  Stay
     away from fastfood stuff:   French fries, burgers
3.  Exercise regularly
4.  Live healthy lifestyle:   no smoking, drinking, sleep 8 hours a day, avoid stress.  Avoid  toxic chemicals
     in the house
5.  RS and be careful always.   
6.  Be grateful to the Lord for the life He gave you and for each day that you wake up

We dont want our customers, our friends and relatives to live long not to perish and sustain the demand for the memorial parks.  We want our friends to live long and enjoy, celebrate life.
