We visited a regulatory office in region 1. We had the opportunity to ask questions of a project that was offered to us and which we found difficulties in We inquired from a Chief of Division, an engineer. He was belligerent with us before. There was a joint project partner that the former owner had, which was served a recission of contract which the former refused to acknowledge. It is located in a premier HUC
Some info:
1. We were the 4th proponent to whom the project offered. The 3 other developers were known to be leaders in their own field
2. The proponent was known to be notorious and had cleaned out old single ladies for such projects with their money. The said partner is serial scammer and om lady killer
3. The projects LTS was cancelled; it could be renewed by a new developer; no problems
5. The said developer should be sent a breach of contract and the court must decide prior to any new contract. Otherwise it is going to be trouble
