TITLE  : Lot Monumenting for Saleable Lots 

1. What is the concept/Idea/Plan? (5W1H)

1.4. Why : To accurately locate plots

1.5. Where : All projects 

1.6. How much: Php 20 pesos per monument (final amount to be determined after first batch)  

2. OBJECTIVE  

2.1. To accurately and quickly locate plots  

3. Situation 

Plot location takes up alot of the time of site employees and is susceptible to error  

4. PROBLEM (what is lacking, what pisses you off) 

We recommend using monuments to present each corner and center point of the saleable blocks. Monuments will be made of concrete to be molded into PVC pipes  

Materials: 

  

12 inch long 3" PVC pipes (cut one side lengthwise) 

1,360 cubic cm Mortar per pipe 

Tie Wire 

Concrete nail   

Methodology:  

Initial test production of 20 pieces of monument in HAMP. Pour mortar into each of the cut PVC pipes. Curing period is around 3-4 days per monument  

Concrete nail to be placed in the middle of each monument

  

Monuments will be buried  

Nylon string to be tied on each end of monument as guide when locating plots.  

GE will have a monument for each of the 4 corners. For lawn lots, monuments will be placed for the for 4 corners of each block and the block's center point. Option to divide into smaller clusters (50-100 lots) for big blocks. Each cluster will have monuments for each of the corners and the center point   

5. RESOURCES NEEDED 

5.1. Cash Php 20 per monument  

6. PLAN/PROJECT/IMPLEMENTATION/TIMELINE 

6.1 Start initial batch in HAMP. Install monuments in Lawn 8A         

7. REPORTS TO BE SUBMITTED 

7.1. Pictures 

7.2. Plan depicting monument location
