Our construction at Malasiqui stopped because it was abandoned by  a Project Engineer.  Had Silver Swan syndrome in his brain.

It took a while to get a new contractor, while at the  same time gaining the negative name of having an abandoned park.

Now the resumption has gone full blast.  The contractor was former staff at Holy Gardens. He has done 7 memorial park projecs, had a stint as Barangay Official. and we re luucky to get him to do this one.

  He has rehabilitated the entrance, did massive backfilling after clearing and grubbing and now preparing a 100 meter stretch for roadworks

Many are going jogging and there are many inquiries at the site.  There were refunds for investmetn of P20,000 and P30,000.  It was a pity that a competitor had scammed many investors to give up lots at this park even to the extent of buying their contracts at P5,000 each   Hmm we hope karma does not catch up with them.  What comes comes around - with vengeance

        This post often hear relatives of those whose loved ones passed away pass the opportunity to get  a nice resting place for their dearly beloved because our plots are "mahal"  (expensive) and unjustly compare this to the 5 year rental of municipal or Catholic cemetery.   It is cheap because you simply rent.  Our plots are owned.

        Also the love of our beloved is not compared to a commodity that must be bargained as if it is bargained at the market place.  Get your loved one the very best.  The loved of our loved ones are incomparable, and limitless.  It is priceless, so we cant evaluate such a memorial in terms of price
